Simple Human Sensor Trash Can

Look ma, no hands! A lot of thought has been put into this trash can. Simplehuman always seems to come up with well designed yet sleek looking and ergonomic products that provide a very useful service in the home. Their sensor kitchen trash can is no exception. With a simple wave of the foot, you have access to the can.

Need to squeeze every extra squre inch out of your kitchen and keep the trash can against the wall? This can has an invisible hinge that allows the lid to lift up flush with the wall.

Need the lid to stay up while you change out the bag? The special 'lid hold' button automatically opens the lid past 90 degrees so that you can access the inner bucket.

The best part? Most of the time you never even have to touch the garbage. A sensor located in the area where the foot pedal typically resides activates the drive system which in turn pops the lid.

A little pricey, ok quite pricey for a trash can at $199.99, but if that doesn't phase you, it can be found here
